The T.S.A.P.I. Scholarship Program was established to provide educational scholarships to financially challenged individuals in Texas desiring to attend trade schools. Our program's purpose is to address Texas economic development and future workforce needs in the plumbing industry by providing educational components that will contribute to a higher productivity and quality of life. Scholarships are made available to individuals who wish to continue their studies at an accredited trade school in Texas.
