To the Inspector and Vendors

The 65^th Annual Short School and Educational Seminar plans have been completed. This year’s conference will be held in Abilene on June 10-14, 2012 at the MCM Elegante Suites Hotel located at 4250 Ridgemont Dr. The MCM Hotel phone number is 1-325-698-1234. Please be sure and mention the TSAPI or Texas State Association of Plumbing Inspector when registering so we will receive credit for our block of rooms, the room rates if the TSAPI name is used will be $77.00 for one person, $87.00 for2 persons in a room and children under 17 are free. DO NOT make reservations online, as you will not get the discounted rates. The CVB along with our host are working on several activities for both the group as a whole in the evenings, as well as something for the spouses outing on Tuesday, June the 12^th 2012.

On Sunday, before the seminar begins, there will be a motorcycle ride around the Abilene area, Buffalo Gap and other scenic sites. The golf tournament will be held at the Diamond Back Golf Course. Be sure and bring your bike and sunscreen for the ride and your golf clubs for the tournament.

The challenge is for each inspector to bring along a new inspector from his or her area, so please bring along another inspector.

I would like to give thanks to all of our governors for the work they do in advance on our seminar for our association. Remember that many times you are the 1^st contact a new member or sponsor has with our association.
